Active Directory Integration

ContentSitePro intergrates directly with your firm's Active Directory allowing security to be set on content pages in the same familiar method that file security is set within the enterprise.

Forms Authentication Integration

Direct integration with ASP.NET's membership model, allowing member accounts to be stored in an individual database. This is usually the preferred method for content sites allowing users to register for their own accounts or to manage access for users outside of the firm when implementing client/customer portals.

Content Workflow

Ability to setup approval chains for content updates, allowing administrators to specifiy who can contribute changes and the heirarchy of users that must approve those changes. Advanced functionality includes attonation of edits that can be shared by approvers and the ability to send suggestions back to previous approvers ensuring content integrity in the largest enterprise environments.

Rich-text Editing

ContentSitePro's content editing functionality provides many of the same features found in popular word processing software, allowing content administrators to work with tools familiar to them with little training. Advanced functionality includes the ability to enforce application wide text formatting and maintaning the format of content copied and pasted from Microsoft Word documents.

Layout Templates

Content page layouts can be maintained via application-wide content templates that administrators can apply to pages to ensure consistant portal branding and information organization.

DMS Integration

ContentSitePro contains dedicated functionality to allow content administrators to insert documents directly from the enterprise's Document Management System. This functionality works with both OpenText's eDOCS and Autonomy's WorkSite.

Search Engine Optimization Managment

Site management tools allow administrators to update content page meta-tags to take advantage of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.
